Restructuring Associate

A leading NYC firm is looking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Ideal candidates will have substantial company-side experience as well as a mix of other representations (including representation of creditors and lenders). Clerkship experience at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court is of particular interest, but not required.
