M&A Associate

A highly regarded AmLaw 50 firm is looking to hire an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their small but dynamic and strategically growing M&A team. This is an opportunity to work closely with the global co-chair of the practice, and to handle both public and private company transactions as well as takeover defense matters. Their ideal candidate has substantive M&A experience, knowing how to manage deals and supervise junior associates. A mix of both traditional and public company M&A experience is preferred.
