Laurie Becker, the President of E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm
since 1991. Ms. Becker is recognized as an industry leader in retained
general counsel searches. She regularly conducts such searches for leading
corporations throughout the country. She also has an active Partner
placement practice and conducts Partner searches on behalf of leading law
firms on a regular basis. Ms. Becker received her A.B. from Washington
University and her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.
Ms. Becker began her legal career as a corporate lawyer at Mintz, Levin,
Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo in Boston. She also was the General
Counsel of a publicly traded company in New York City for seven years. Ms.
Becker is involved in and supportive of various non-profit organizations,
including, most recently, VoicesUnbroken and Wellmet.

Melissa
Collery, a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm
since 1998. Ms. Collery specializes in placing corporate and intellectual
property attorneys at corporations, financial institutions and law firms.
Ms. Collery received her B.A. in 1989 from the State University of New
York at Binghamton and her J.D. in 1992 from New York University School of
Law. After law school, Ms. Collery was an Assistant Vice President at
Bankers Trust Company where she focused on foreign exchange and
derivatives products. She then joined Seward & Kissel as a corporate
associate and was a member of the hedge fund practice group. Ms. Collery
serves on the Associate Board of Gilda’s Club New York City.

Amy Echelman,
a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm since 1998.
Ms. Echelman specializes in the placement of real estate, corporate and
environmental lawyers at corporations, investment banks and law firms. Ms.
Echelman received her B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis and her
J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During her legal career, she
practiced commercial real estate law at Lefrak Newman & Myerson in New
York City and land use, zoning and governmental relations at Pirro,
Collier, Cohen & Halpern in White Plains, New York. Ms. Echelman is a
member of the Board of Directors of The Dance Education Fund.

Anthoula Grech, a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the
firm since 2000. Ms. Grech’s practice focuses on the placement of tax,
trusts and estates and employee benefits attorneys at law firms, financial
institutions and corporations. Ms. Grech received her B.A. from New York
University - College of Arts & Sciences in 1997 and her J.D. from Fordham
University School of Law in 2000 where she was a member of the Fordham
Environmental Law Journal.

Nancy
Greene, a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm
since 2005. Ms. Greene specializes in law firm partner placements and
senior level attorney searches at corporations and financial institutions.
She has spent over ten years in the legal recruiting field. Ms. Greene
received her B.A. and M.S.W. from University of Maryland and her J.D. from
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1987. After practicing briefly in the
matrimonial area, Ms. Greene was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the
New York City Law Department from 1989 until 1997 when joined another
national legal search firm. Ms. Greene is on the Board of Directors of
International Social Service - USA.

Rosemary
Moukad, a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., has been with the firm
since 1986. Ms. Moukad specializes in placing litigators, of all levels,
at both law firms and in-house. She received her A.B. from Smith College
and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. After serving as a law
clerk to the Honorable Inzer B. Wyatt in the Southern District of New
York, Ms. Moukad worked in the litigation department of the then Breed
Abbott & Morgan. She then moved to work in alternative dispute resolution
at the Center for Public Resources Legal Program for several years before
joining E.P. Dine Inc.

Patricia
O’Byrne, a Managing Director at E.P. Dine Inc., joined the firm in 2008.
Ms. O’Byrne specializes in placing corporate, litigation and real estate
attorneys at law firms, corporations and financial institutions. She
received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1990 and her J.D.
from New York University School of Law in 1995. Ms. O’Byrne began her
legal career as a corporate associate at Dewey Ballantine and then worked
as Senior Counsel at the Warner-Lambert Company. From 2000 until 2008 she
worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Assistant General Counsel.
David Walden is a Managing
Director at E.P. Dine Inc. where he brings twenty years of professional
experience combined from his practice of law and executive recruiting. In
the field of executive recruiting, Mr. Walden has focused on Partner
placements at law firms in addition to General Counsel and other executive
placements in-house at corporations. Mr. Walden has placed partners
throughout the United States, Europe and Asia with premier national and
international law firms. Prior to executive search, Mr. Walden was an
attorney with the Wall Street law firms of White & Case and Skadden, Arps,
Slate, Meagher & Flom. Mr. Walden graduated Tufts University magna cum
laude in 1986 and from Cornell Law School, complemented by studying his
third year at Columbia Law School, in 1989. Mr. Walden is involved and
supportive of various nonprofit and civic organizations including most
recently the Jazz Foundation of America, the Joslin Diabetes Clinic, the
Battery Dance Company and Temple Emanu-El philanthropic activities.
