| Description | Second largest US-based inter-dealer broker is seeking an attorney with 7-10 years of experience with strong corporate experience who can negotiate counterparty and related agreements for a variety of the Company’s brokerage and trading desks, as well as run M&A transactions. Candidate will also work closely with senior management. Successful candidate will most likely have had exposure to two or more of the following product areas: equities, fx, commodities and fixed income. Position reports directly to the General Counsel. |
